
A Thayer man will be back in the courtroom for trial in June.
According to court documents, 29-year-old Chris Lindley of Thayer, MO will stand trial for charges of first-degree murder, five first-degree assault charges, and six armed criminal action charges.
The charges come from a shooting on April 10, 2021, at the Koshkonong Snappy Mart on Highway 63.

Three were critically injured in the shooting, and Carlos Moreno, a truck driver from California was fatally wounded.
Lindley was granted a change in venue in August of 2021.
