A Howell County man faces charges after a traffic stop on Thursday morning.
According to arrest records, 27-year-old Jordan Stephens of West Plains, MO faces charges for misdemeanor DWI, no trailer tail lights, failure to register a motor vehicle, and no seat belt.
Stephens was cited and released.
