An arrest in Texas County left a man with drug charges on Saturday morning.
Arrest records say 41-year-old Matthew Hubble of Licking, MO was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor Licking Police Department warrant for no insurance, and no seat belt.
Hubble was taken to the Texas County Jail, where he was placed on bond.
