A Howell County woman faces multiple charges.
Arrest records show 30-year-old Ashley Kelly of Birch Tree, MO is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt, and unlawful window tint.
Kelly was processed and released on the scene.
