The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Ripley County.
According to arrest records, 51-year-old David Willcut of Doniphan, MO faces charges for felony driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle, and displaying another person’s plates.
Willcut was released to Ripley County authorities.
