The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Howell County.
According to arrest records, 23-year-old Joseph Grenz of West Plains, MO was arrested for felony warrants from the board of probation and parole for property damage, stealing, and burglary.
Grenz was taken to the Howell County Jail, where he was placed on bond.
