A Springfield, MO man was arrested on a handful of charges on Wednesday evening.
Arrest records show 40-year-old Othie Clinkenbeard of Springfield is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, two misdemeanor Rogersville Police Department warrant – traffic offenses, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and failure to display valid plates.
Clinkenbeard was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Douglas County Jail.
