Izard County authorities, 16th Judicial Drug Task Force arrest woman for selling methamphetamine

A joint operation between the Izard County Sheriff’s Department and the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force left a woman with drug charges.

Court documents filed on Tuesday show that between October 2021 and March 2022, investigators with both organizations purchased meth from 51-year-old Connie Duggins on two separate occasions.

Buy funds, and the task force utilized a criminal informant.

The criminal informant purchased two baggies of methamphetamine, which weighed ten grams or more but less than 200.

Both baggies tested positive for methamphetamine.
Duggins is charged with two felony counts for felony delivery of methamphetamine weighing more than 10 grams but less than 200.

She was released on her own recognizance.
