A man was arrested for failure to register in Shannon County.
According to arrest records, 67-year-old Anthony Rowlett of Birch Tree, MO faces charges of felony failure to register as a sex offender, operating without maintaining financial responsibility, failure to display valid plates, and no seat belt.
Rowlett was taken to the Mountain View Police Department, where he was later released.
