The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man in Shannon County.
According to arrest records, 33-year-old Douglas Patterson of Kansas City, MO was arrested for three misdemeanor Shannon County failure to appear warrants.
Patterson was also charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Patterson is being held in the Shannon County Jail on bond.
