A driver now faces charges of driving while intoxicated after an early morning traffic stop.
Arrest records say 19-year-old Titus Seley of West Plains, MO is charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and having no seat belt.
Seley was taken to the Howell County Jail, where he was later released.
