
The Oregon-Howell R-III School District was awarded a grant on Tuesday.
According to a social media post, school counselor Kristin Turnbough wrote a grant to help supply basic needs to the students.
The total of the grant was $5,000.
It was awarded by the Coover/Rural Schools Partnership, which is a partnership between the Community Foundation of the Ozarks and Commerce Trust Company.
