A Shannon County man was arrested on Wednesday evening for an outstanding warrant.
According to arrest records, 26-year-old Michael Scott of Eminence, MO was arrested for a misdemeanor West Plains Police Department warrant for failure to appear and no seat belt.
Scott was taken to the Shannon County Jail, where he was placed on bond.
