A man from Birch Tree was injured in accident west of Eminence Monday afternoon and faces charges. 62-year-old Jerry Crider was injured when he drove off the road and hit a tree. Crider suffered moderate injuries but refused treatment. According to the Highway Patrol report he is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance, failure to register, and no seat belt.
