A woman from West Plains was seriously injured in an accident Monday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that 69-year-old Donna Lecuyer was hurt when she was hit by a van driven by 61-year-old Steven Lampone of Hartshorn. Lecuyer was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on county road RD KB east of Highway K.
