A 9-year-old girl was injured when her vehicle slowed at an accident scene and was hit by another vehicle. The Highway Patrol reports that 36-year-old Tonya Warren on West Plains had slowed down and was hit in the rear by a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Jacob Parrish of Koshkonong. The girl was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened 2 miles south of West Plains on highway 17.
