A Denham Springs Arkansas man has been arrested in Sharp County. 28-year-old Tanner Badgett is charged with obstructing governmental operations, cruelty to animals, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule six narcotics, and theft of property. He was taken to the Sharp County Detention Center.
