Thayer Police report the arrest of a man from Thayer. 42-year-old Randolph Earl Graham has been arrested on a Green County warrant for probation violation and an Oregon County warrant for misdemeanor stealing. Bond for the Oregon County warrant was set at $750 cash or $5,000 surety. The is no bond for the Green County warrant. He is being held in the Thayer jail.
