A West Plains teen was injured in an accident Friday afternoon. The 17-year-old boy suffered moderate injuries when he and 23-year-old Dominique Tackitt failed to yield at an intersection and collided. The accident happened at the intersection of county roads 1540 and 2012. Tackitt was not injured, the 17-year-old boy was taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
