An Ozark County woman was injured in an accident Friday evening east of Isabella. The Highway Patrol reports that 51-year-old Chrystal Marshall of Isabella, suffered moderate injuries when she drove off both sides of the highway and struck a fence. Marshall was flown to Cox Medical Center in Springfield. The accident happened on U.S. 160 about 2 miles east of Isabella around 5:30 Friday evening.
