A Hardy Arkansas man has been arrested after a traffic stop. 24-year-old Matthew Mansfield was arrested on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of two grams of meth and cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Sharp County Detention Center. He also faces charges in another county.
