The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a Houston Missouri man. 45-year-old Billy Goodwin was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
A man from Mansfield was arrested Tuesday afternoon on felony charges in Texas County. The Highway Patrol reports that 27-year-old Martin Gonzales was arrested for felony property damage, resisting arrest, speeding, and no insurance. He was taken to the Texas County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
