A man from Thayer was arrested Friday on an Oregon County warrant. 32-year-old Jonah Thomas Bivins was arrested on a warrant for felony first-degree burglary, felony second-degree assault special victim, and misdemeanor stealing. His bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.
