A man from Ellsinore has been arrested by the Highway Patrol on several felony charges. 55-year-old Robert Ellison was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, two counts of felony unlawful possession of a firearm, and for driving while revoked. He was arrested Tuesday night and taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
