The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 19-year-old William Hartwell Cooke. Cooke is charged with two counts of felony theft by receiving, two counts of felony theft of property, and a misdemeanor count of theft of property. He is being held in Baxter County jail on a $30,000 bond.
