A Batesville man has been arrested for raping a child. 65-year-old Russell Christopher Ade was arrested after a victim under the age of 14 told authorities that he had touched her multiple times and had performed various sexual acts on the child. During the interview with Ade, he allegedly denied having sexual contact with the child. The Judge found cause to charge Ade with one count of rape and ordered that he be held on a $500,000 bond.
