The Missouri Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a teenager from Birch Tree Tuesday morning. 19-year-old Jordan Neal was arrested on a felony Shannon County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor Boone County warrant for traffic violations, and a misdemeanor Camden County warrant for larceny. He was taken to the Shannon County jail.
