
A West Plains man and woman were arrested after a traffic stop in Douglas County. According to the Sheriff’s Department report. Lt. Wallace attempted to stop 45-year-old Kenny Rosenbaum, of West Plains Mo, near Twin Bridges. Rosenbaum fled at a high rate of speed. Roseboom later stopped in the middle of the road and got out to throw items into the woods. Roseboom was then taken into custody. Rosenbaum was currently on Felony Parole for 2 nd Degree of Murder. He is being charged with Resisting Arrest by Fleeing, driving while intoxicated, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The bond is set at 15,000 cash. A passenger in the vehicle 44-year-old Sunshine Ledbetter, of West Plains, was also arrested and cited for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
