A Former Howell County deputy will be in court on Monday on sexual assault charges involving a child. Rob Pilkington was arrested last November and is charged with one count of statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 years old. Pilkington pled not guilty in May. The case at that time was dropped but additional information in June was uncovered and Pilkington was indicted on two counts of third-degree child molestation, four counts of statutory rape of a person less than 14 years old, six counts of statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 years old, and one count of use of a child in a sexual performance. Pilkington will be in court Monday at 1 p.m.
