The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 54-year-old Dean Mills Jr. on several charges Sunday. Mills faces charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to register as a sex offender and no payment of fines. He is being held in Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $15,175.
