A woman from Kansas City is being held in Shannon County after her arrest by the Highway patrol, Monday afternoon. 41-year-old Desiree Raeuber was arrested on two felony drug warrants from the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, and a misdemeanor warrant from Texas County and West Plains PD for a traffic violation. she is being held without bond.
