The Fulton County Fair Association has banned chickens from this year’s fair. The ban is because of the threat of avian flu in Arkansas. The disease can be fatal for animals. The Fulton County Fair continues tonight at the fairgrounds in Salem. The Carnival will be open tonight with armbands available. There will be an ACA-sanctioned Hall Rodeo presented by KKountry 95 beginning at 8 p.m. in the arena and KKountry 95 will broadcast from the fair tonight from 6-8 p.m.
