Two Winona residents were arrested by the Highway patrol last night. Around 6:30 p.m., 31-year-old Courtney Meyer was arrested for felony receiving stolen property and no seat belt. She was taken to the Shannon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. Then around 8 p.m., they arrested 33-year-old Ian Dawson for felony tampering with a motor vehicle. He was also taken to Shannon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
