
A man who was in jail after being shot by his uncle now faces charges for allegedly attacking a deputy. 43-year-old Jeremy Woods of Jordan is charged with felony aggravated assault and felony second-degree battery and misdemeanor impairing the operations of a vital public facility.
Woods is already facing charges of third-degree domestic battering and violating a no-contact order. He was shot by his uncle after he allegedly attacked the relative in November at Woods Feed and Farm Supply. His bond is set at $60,500.
