A Fulton County man has been arrested after a fight with his nephew that left the nephew with serious injuries. According to reports, 43-year-old Marshal Eddy hit his nephew with a hard plastic patio chair, several times in the head and body. The nephew was able to escape in a truck and later stopped at a local business, where he was then flown to Regional 1 Hospital in Memphis. Eddy is charged with felony second-degree domestic battery.
