A 15-year-old boy from Eminence was injured in an accident early Saturday morning in Texas County. The MSHP reports that the boy was injured when a pickup driven by 22-year-old Taylon Jenkins traveled off the road and overturned. The 15-year-old was ejected from the pickup. Jenkins was charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, failure to maintain a lane, and no seat belt. The juvenile was taken to a Hospital in Kansas City.
