The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a man from Arkansas on sexual misconduct charges. According to reports 43-year-old Christopher Racke of Paris, Arkansas allegedly was at the Ava swimming pool in the boy’s bathroom dancing around naked exposing himself to young boys. Racke was arrested and is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct involving a child, and resisting arrest for a felony. His bond was set at $10,000 with conditions that he is not to be at the Ava Pool and must have twice a week of drug testing, and GPS monitoring.
