Voters in Mountain Home School District on Tuesday voted against a proposed increase in the district’s millage rate. Votes were 1,608 against and 1,592 for. The increase was to be 2 1/4 mills. If approved the money would have been used for construction and renovation at Mountain Home High School Career Academies.
