A West Plains man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Wednesday afternoon. 26-year-old Jared Simpson was arrested for felony resisting arrest, speeding, careless and imprudent driving, failure to register, failure to display trailer plates, no insurance, and no inspection sticker. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
