An Alton teen suffered moderate injuries in accident west of Alton on Wednesday. According to the Highway Patrol report, 18-year-old Harly Howell was injured when she drove off the roadway and struck a fence and a tree. Howell was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened in U.S 160, four miles west of Alton.
