The Randolph County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a man on burglary charges. Bobby Dale Hare was arrested on three counts of residential burglary, theft of property, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. The bond was set at $25,000 cash. Hare is currently being held in the Randolph County Jail.
