Two people were arrested in Baxter County for passing counterfeit money. 38-year-old Kenny Joe Jinkins of Gassville and 33-year-old Keisha Eva Jinkins of Gamaliel are both charged with three counts of forgery and a misdemeanor count of theft. The two allegedly tried to use fake $20 bills at Dollar General in Gassville. Bond was set at $3,500 each.
