A woman from Ava was arrested after a joint investigation by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department and the Children’s Division. 36-year-old Kelly Price is charged with Abuse or Neglect of a child and Endangering the Welfare of a child creating substantial risk 1st degree.
A warrant was issued for her arrest with bond being set at $15,000 cash only,
