With the construction of the new Fifth Street roadway now completed, Missouri Department of Transportation and City of West Plains officials want to alert the public that the new signal at the Fifth Street/Highway 63 intersection is now activated and the roadway is open to traffic. The intersection is located near the new Ozarks Healthcare (OZH) expansion project, and the Fifth Street roadway serves as a new access road off Highway 63 to the OZH campus and Kentucky Avenue.
