The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Winona on drugs and firearm charges. 55-year-old Edward Thomas was arrested on charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of felony unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of up to 10 grams of Marijuana. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
