A woman from West Plains was injured in an accident north of West Plains on Monday. 27-year-old Laura Barstow suffered minor injuries when a car driven by 63-year-old Douglas Cotter traveled off the road and struck a fence. The accident happened on county road 1770, two miles north of West Plains.
