
Several area fire departments were called to a fire Wednesday evening at Dawt Mill in Ozark County. They got the call about the fire just after 5 pm and by a little, after 7 pm the fire was under control. According to reports the fire damaged the kitchen area and there was smoke damage throughout the building, but they say there was no structural damage. Firefighters from the Bakersfield, Caulfield, Dora, Howell Rural, Lick creek, Tecumseh, and West Plains Fire Departments all responded to the fire. Dawt Mill is located on the North Fork River in Eastern Ozark County.
