The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a woman for first-degree child endangerment. Alicia Vandiver was arrested after a child in Bakersfield tested positive for meth at Baxter Regional Hospital. The Sheriff’s Office reports that the child came into contact with meth as a result of their mother’s use of the narcotic.
