The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a man from Ava Friday in Wright County. 42-year-old Mendoza Ignacio Valencia was arrested for felony delivery of controlled substance marijuana, 10 pounds, felony possession of controlled substance marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and no valid driver’s license and no front plate. He was taken to the Wright County jail.
