The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a man early this morning on felony charges. 44-year-old John William Ferguson was arrested for felony possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, and two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $25,000
